Workout help

Hi everyone,

I love Tabata training. Started doing it a few months ago after talking to one of the lads who is a pro MMA fighter.

Currently I do the normal 20 secs work 10 secs rest x8. Below are a few of the exercises I use. Normally I pick 3 of the below exercises to usein my tabata workout.

Squat thrust or mountain climbers

Olympic barbell thrusters

prisoner squats

resistance bands bicep curls

press-ups / sometimes I do bench press with only 5KG each side on a olympic bar (Believe me 5KG is enough!)

I was just wondering if someone could give me a few more ideas to add to my workout
