after week 8

There are a number of interval training workouts you can try when you finish this workout.

If you are looking to lose weight very quickly you can try warp speed fat loss.

Its expensive and very strict but it works like magic.

If you are looking for a workout just to continue at this then turbulence training has a multitude of workouts for you to follow.

Normal to ache ?
by: Mr Fennell

I'm a 33 year old male.

I am already quite fit, been running 5 miles up to three times per week for almost 15 years, and started the lose belly fat at week one.

Is it normal to have such aches in the muscles. I tried my 3rd session today and although my heart and lungs were fine I just couldn't get my legs to work at the pace I wanted them too. The worst stiffness was left glute and right hamstring.

Will I be ok to continue and how much rest should I take ?

I did put in 100% on the first two sessions sprints.

I would really appreciate any feedback as I'm worried that I shouldn't continue.

I should add though that I have felt like superman on my off days. Loads of energy and power for weight lifting sessions.
