I have a question, What type of workout or exercise should I do on the off days from the hiit routine(I am doing the lose belly fat routine, week 1)? Thank you.

Comment You can take your off days as a full rest day and not do anything or you can do something that is aerobic, like light cardio. Later in the program you will be adding resistance training into the workout, you can do this on your alternate days as well
