What does this work at?
I realize that this workout is for losing weight, and that is great. But personally, being a woman, I have trouble losing weight on my lower abs and hips. I am 123 lbs and I really just want to do this workout to get stronger and to get rid of the fat at my trouble areas. I was wondering if this Interval Training will get rid of the extra fat there too. (I don't have fat anywhere else besides hips and lower abs.)
This program sounds so great and I can't wait to start. But having this question answered would make it so much better for me. Thanks!
