What does this work at?

I realize that this workout is for losing weight, and that is great. But personally, being a woman, I have trouble losing weight on my lower abs and hips. I am 123 lbs and I really just want to do this workout to get stronger and to get rid of the fat at my trouble areas. I was wondering if this Interval Training will get rid of the extra fat there too. (I don't have fat anywhere else besides hips and lower abs.)

This program sounds so great and I can't wait to start. But having this question answered would make it so much better for me. Thanks!

Spot fat loss

To answer your question, this workout will definitely make you stronger, it will also help you lose weight in all areas, including the ones you want.

This program targets the whole body, your body seems to store fat in your hips and lower abs which means these will be the hardest places to lose from, no matter which workout you do.

If you stick on this for a few weeks you may not see results in these areas, but when your body runs out of places to draw fat from it will go directly to those areas and you will get the fat loss you want
