What do you need ?

I have weights at home but what exactly do i need and also what do i have to do i am trying to get fit for rugby in September and need as much fitness and weight training as possible.

depends on your goals. You can do alot with just a couple dumbbell or a kettlebell. If you have a barbell it works great for olympic lifts. One thing to keep in mind is specificity. As a rugger, you rarely have time to generate maximal force, instead train to apply the force as quickly as possible. Explosive lifts like cleans or Kettle Bell swings are good for this. Also remember that the only way to get fit to run is to run. So include sprints and running exercises.
