I was wondering if you have any recommendations for water consumption during the day. How much and how often do you recommend that people drink water.

Comment I try to aim for 8 full glasses of filtered water a day. I find that when i am at gym i will go through about two bottles of water without even thinking, apart from that just make sure you drink evenly through out the day
