I thought of mixing different cardio workouts in the week from monday to friday. I just want to know if its a good idea to do the 60 seconds HIIT workout on the bike one day and then the following day i'd do the Tabata workout on the bike as well. So one day I'd be doing 24 minutes total of the 60 seconds HIIT on the bike and then 4 minutes, the next day, for the Tabata workout on the bike as well.
Note: I'd also be doing some weights that consists of 3 supersets of 2 exercises each before each cardio workouts. The weights last about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on my energy level.
