when i do week 5 i noticed it say straight to intervals then warm up and warm down what would be a normal warm up warm down speed and should they be different or same
My warm up and warm down speeds are pretty much the same. Both are fairly aerobic, i want to get into a bit of a sweat in my warm up and i would like to feel ready before i do my first sprint.
i am already pouring sweat in my warm down so all i try and do is get my body to relax into it and cool down from the HIIT
