No offense to the many readers here but .... If you are not already an elite athlete, there is NO WAY you are doing Tabata Intervals properly and not passing out/vomiting/having a heart attack... Just read the original paper these guys did, on OLYMPIC athletes.
Don't think if you are doing "Tabata" that you are going to transform into an elite athlete or that it's even going to do anything for you. The study was done on endurance athletes at the top of their level, and again you're probably doing it wrong if you are actually able to complete it without having been an endurance athlete to begin with.
