If I train like this will i gain muscle, lose fat, and become more explosive?
I am training to become a better boxer.

Personally, I saw these results and more.
I actually lost 20 lbs and gained quite a bit of
muscle using this method. I high suggest you give it a try for a few weeks and gauge your results.
And since your a boxer, TABATA would definitely
give you edge in explosiveness and endurance during
a match.
