Tabata felt great.

I am taking a cross fit boot camp workout class, and today we did a Tabata inspired workout. There were five stations: Push ups, burpies, Italian throws I think they're called, kettlebell swings, and pull ups. The idea, obviously, was to push for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and repeat 7 times. We did this at each station, which added up to a 20 minute workout. It was pretty tough, but I thought it felt great and was effective.
