Some help for resistance training?

by Alex
(Greece)

Hello,my name is Alex I follow your lose belly fat program and I am currently working week 3's last workout!I am really satisfied by this program it has already changed my body! But I want to know what about resistance exercises?I got some muscle mass already so it would be a nice idea to maintain them, because I don't want to lose them.Well, I am writing asking for an advice about resistance training:What exercises should I use?How often? How many sets?
Is there a link referring to that? Can u help me in some other way?
Thanks in advance,
Alex

P.S.Sorry for my english,it's not my mother language!

I have added information about resistance training. You can find it here:

You will need to log into the site though

I don't have the equipment!
by: Alex

Thank you for your help I am grateful to you for helpin me out!But there is a problem with some exercises though...
I don't have the neccessary equipment to complete 1.'Wide grip pulldowns' , 2.'Swiss ball crunch' , 3.'Bench press'
Can you show me some other exercises that train the same mucsle groups as then and don't need that equipment?
Well as far as I can see wide grip pulldowns can be replaced by chin-ups or pull ups (maybe?)?As for the bench press push ups while holding my arms wide open could be ok(since I think this is a chest training)But swiss ball exercises the abdominal region AND the back?Should I use a couple of abs exercises to have the same effect because I want to strenghten my abs a bit more!
Thanks again for your help,
Alex
