Session time

Hi i want to lose about a stone and have just started Tabbata training, I work out at home and am doing fast running on the spot then fast jumping jacks for 1 round of tabbata question is , is 1 round enough each morning to see results ??

Sprint Training made easier

I used to sprint on the spot but found it difficult due to the impact on my ankles and knees. Being on the heavy size didn't help. I now use an xiser machine. It allows you to sprint train anywhere without impact. i brought it from www.sprinttraining.co.uk
