I have a recumbent bike that I'd like to use for interval training. What do you recommend? I started at 20 min. and have worked up to 45 min., in 6 weeks. I can exercise longer, but have not lost any weight. I workout 6 days a week.
I also have weights starting at 3 pounds - free weights and pull down, etc. We also have a treadmill.
I have injured my right elbow area recently and I have an injured nerve in my right foot, therefore I am not able to do weight bearing exercises.
Any suggestions would be welcome. I over age 60 and need to lose approx. 50 pounds. Help, please.
