Results?

Would I see some fat loss in the first week or in the second week or the 5th?

because we are all different it varies person by person.

I'm the kind of person who actually gains weight in my first two weeks as my body starts changing and adjusting for the workload. I then strip off fat pretty quickly after that

Some people start losing from day 1,everyone is different.

You should definitely be losing by week 5 though, even earlier. If you aren't have a look through this article and see if you are doing everything right.
