resistance training

I'm doing the Lose Belly Fat Fast Interval Workout. The first week wasn't much of a challenge so I upped the incline on the treadmeal. I was reading through each week to prepare. Once I get to week 5, resistance training is introduced. I see alot of reference to it, but I couldn't find an example of a resistance training workout. Can you point me to one if there is an example on the website? Thanks!

you will need to login to see it though.

As far as your intervals go, i try and get people to avoid the treadmill as it is too easy. If you are working out in a gym, see if you can find a spinning bike, then crank on the resistance, it will give you a much tougher workout.
