Question on Recovery

Question: What should the recovery look like? Jog, Walk or stand still?

Answer:The rest intervals are there for you to recover enough so that you can sprint again, if you need to walk that's absolutely fine. When i start this routine after being fairly unfit i actually sometimes just stop altogether to catch my breath as you get fitter, your recovery gets faster. So the rest intervals are up to you, just make sure you are recovering enough to give all to your sprint intervals
