Pulled Quad muscle

Hello,

I have tried doing this program twice and each time I have ended up pulling my right Quad muscle. I can run all I want and feel fine, but every time I try to sprint, a muscle in my right leg becomes super tight and then I am injured for few weeks. Any suggestions?
help!, I would really love to do this program, I just worry I may not be physically able to do so.

Answer: Sure, if you end up injuring yourself every time you sprint it could point to an imbalance in your muscles, a very common thing. My suggestions are to move your exercise to a stationery bike like a spinning bike. Your workout will be just as intense but the odds on you pulling a muscle are minor

If you want to get back to sprinting i would spend a little time with a good biokenetist who can sort you out.

I recently pulled my center quad and I am a sprinter. So when I get home from practice I follow R.I.C.E. R- Rest, I- Ice, C- Compression,E- Elevate. It feels so good.
