Hello,

I have few questions about calorie intake:

I am 17, 187 cm, 90 kg. My body weight goal is 87 kg, so i reduced my daily calorie intake as you described in your RMR article. But, what should I do when I loose 3 kg? If I continue to eat at my RMR, I will continue to loose weight, and I don't want that. Is it possible to keep that weight, while loosing fat and getting muscle? Should I then include my HIIT and weight workout calorie expenditure in my daily intake?

RMR

When you reach your goal weight, work out your new RMR and then multiply it by 1.6 (if you are still working out hard 6 days a week). This will be your calorie amount to stick at to maintain your weight.
You don't need to be absolutely strict with this just pay attention to it every now and again.

If you are doing the resistance training with the intervals you will keep all your muscle

Yep - you'll need to slowly increase calories until you level off. Add 200 calories a day, then see where you are at in a week. If still losing, add another 200 calories a day for a week, etc until you level off. :)
