Not sure this is for me.
I am 65, out of shape, obese, have problems with really sore feet, knees and balance ( can't stand without a cane ) is this for me? Also have fibromyalgia. What do you do to warm up, stretching and cool down? I have tired weights sitting down but can not do them standing. I can not imagine me doing this but my chiro
doctor thinks I can. Please advice????
