Muscle Loss

by Mike
(Sydney)

Question: Aren't you going to lose a lot of muscle in this kind of workout?

Answer: Warp speed fat loss does not lose you muscle. The foundation for this was a study done in 1993 where the subjects were put onto a 800 calorie per day liquid diet for 90 days. During this time the subject did resistance training. The subjects lost a lot of weight as you would expect, averaging around 35lbs for the 90 day period. The amazing thing was that they increased their muscle mass in this period. So even though there was a severe lack of food their body still made more muscle in response to resistance training.

Warp speed fat loss doesn't have as severe caloric restrictions and you will be doing three times the resistance training that is required for keeping your hard earned muscle so you will not be losing anything except fat in this workout.
