I used to do Tabata intervals with a personal trainer. We did this with weights- lighter than the standard weight workout we were doing. We would do the Tabata workout every 6 weeks or so, each of the three sessions that week. We worked the same muscle groups we otherwise would have on a normal workout. Each time I lost fat with this workout- pants always looser. This is a tough workout with fast results. I would like more information on incorporating this into my current workouts- without needed a trainer.
