I have limited time due to a young family and work so having come across an article on Tabata it sounds just what I need. I am 48 about 12.5 stone in weight and 5' 6" in height. I do about 4 x 30 mins days jogging a week and despite a reasonable healthy diet I cannot shift that extra 10-12 1bs from my waist. My right leg does not extend a full 90 degree from a car accident however this is only a problem when doing very low squats etc.
