Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
I am blown away by your site and what you have provided for people. It is truly fantastic.

What do you recommend on the off days. Do you do anything like light jogging, light eliptical, etc ????

Can a person use an eliptical w/ the resistance increased and the ramp elevated to make sprinting harder? I dont own a bike and there is no where close by to run but I do have an eliptical machine that has varied intensity and ramp elevation which makes it incredibly hard. Currently I am sprinting for 30 seconds and then jogging for 90 secs and it is truly hard. I can just about finish the 30 sec sprint when I fail and by the 6th rep I can only sustain for 20 secs at close to full speed.

Elliptical

Usually the Elliptical is not the ideal exercise for doing intervals however if you are failing in your last set it seems to working for you.

You might outgrow its resistance quite soon though, if it does happen perhaps look for a set of stairs or something like that which will be more taxing on the body.

As far as your off days, light cardio is absolutely fine
