I Love this form of training!!!
I try to do this 3 times a week but usually end up doing it 2 times. I try to do 6-8 "sets" of the 4 minutes. I do other forms of exercise cardio & weights but they go hand & hand. I get the strength to be able to work @ 100% from the other forms of exercise & get amazing anaerobic
results from the tabata so I benefit for the other forms of exercise! I am in shape but took a few weeks off & tried the tabata & almost passed out but it gets better! The rush of adrenaline is wonderful but you have to work extremely hard to experience that!
