How to get below my weight platform?

by George's
(Montreal,, Canada)

I am over 60 years old, discovered cycling and I lost 40 lbs. I weigh now 175 lbs and not able to go below that. Would like to lose another 10 lbs.
I do spinning almost every second day, and discover lately Interval Exercising, but still can't lose more weight.
May be nutrition????
What should I eat after exercising ?
At 10 o'clock in the evening, I am very hungry, what should I eat? Nuts? Yogurt? Strawberries ?

2 day "cleanse" NEW
by: Anonymous

don't be fooled, this isn't a real "cleanse" but a prescribed plateau breaker diet that has worked for me with every wall. 2 day plan. Follow this exactly and you will break your plateau. You don't always see results right away, wait 2-3 days for the weight to drop and if it doesn't...well, it will if you follow this!

Breakfast: 1 serving of whole wheat toast (1 serv=45 cal) I recommend the Sara Lee bread. 2 eggs with a pinch of morton's lite salt
Morning Snack: orange
Lunch: 6oz chicken (no skin or breading) and 2c. raw leafy greens. dressing:1tsp olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (bragg's unfiltered is best)
Afternoon snack: protein shake/bar serving (1 serving=100 calories MAX)and 1/2c. cucumbers
Dinner: 6 oz fish and 2c. raw leafy greens w/ dressing.

On top of the diet drink 90oz of water.

do this for two days in a row and it will surprise your body. If you are hungry around 10pm, my recommendation is eat dinner later or just go to bed! You don't need to eat anything after 8pm if you keep a regular bedtime of 10-11pm.
