How many times?
I don't know if this has been asked before, but how many times would be a great to do this? I already work out three times a week in strength and powerlifting. Last thing I want is to over train. So should I do it on the same days as my main workouts or something like: Strength monday, Tabata tuesday, strength wednesday, tabata thursday etc
