How many times a day?

by Leah
(Alabama)

QuestionThis may have been addressed but i cant find it anywhere so here goes.

I thought i read that you are supposed to do these intervals 3x per day. Is that correct? Or do I need to do the intervals only once per day? I understand that I am supposed to leave a day in between workouts.

Answer Definitely not three times a day, three times a week will do you just fine.

Just remember that you lose belly fat when you are resting in this program, the intervals are there just to activate the process

Would 2 a day have some benefit?
by: Jena

I'm at a challenging place in my life with regards to "body". I'm a 45 yr old woman. I work out 3-5 times a week-doing cardio and whole body vibration training, the ROM machine(HIT work out), hiking, yoga kettle bells. I eat very healthfully(organic whole food) and I am very focused on getting results. Regardless of these things, i seem to gain weight or stay the same no matter what i do!
I'm beyond frusterated, wondering if hormones are playing a role or adrenal or blood sugar issues???
I feel like what i used to do to stay fit and look and feel good just doesn't work any more.
I've been doing the HIIT workout for 2 weeks now
and i'm wondering if you would advise an a.m & a p.m HIIT work out for extra fat burning effects. Is this an advantage or disadvantage??
I need all the advantage i can get.
