Cardiovascualr activity is your best bet. Fat is usually sent to your midsection, that is just the way our body works, the fat is there to protect your organs. By walking, running, or some other cardio activity you will start losing weight on your midsection. However, it takes time and patience. You don't lose all your fat in one week.
