Help with workout

At the moment, I am a 19 year old male weighing about 195 pounds with about 25 % body fat. I am looking to remain around the same weight or a bit less but move my body fat down to about 15 - 20 % in the next two months. What would be an ideal tabata/ hiit training to achieve this? I have been using weights for the last few months and have added a lot of new muscle although now I seem to have hit a plateau with muscle addition and fat loss.

Body Fat loss
by: Anonymous

I had a similar issue, I brought down my body fat from 22% to 15% over 8 weeks! I used a cross trainer and started with 20 second sprints and 20 second recovery (1 week)for 20 mins. Then i went to 20 second on 10 second recovery (2 weeks)for 20 minutes. I then went to 30 secs on 20 secs recovery (2 weeks)for 20 minutes. I finished up doing 40 sec on and 20 secs recovery for the next 3 weeks for 20 mins. I did 4 sessions per week.

Help?!
by: Anonymous

I am an 18yr old that weighs 268 lbs is on the road for weight loss. I am on day 4 of my HIIT runs and am going strong. I do have a few questions...

1. How many times a week do I do this training. (I have been doing it everyday and want to make sure i am not pushing too hard)

2. Is it normal for your body to still sweat even 2 hours after the exercise? (I know our bodies re-supply our energy into our muscles through the blood stream after the intense workout. But sweating is still alittle much.)

Thanks for the help, and keep it going everyone.

Just remember the most important part of exercise is sustaining a good routine over the long term. Just work out hard, eat right, get the right nutrition supplements and you'll be fine.
