Good Digestive tract health and regularity

I have found that keeping my digestive tract healthy and regular helps with my weight loss. obviously eating healthy light foods including a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables will keep your digestive tract going and in good shape. But here are some extra tricks that help: -yogurt with live active cultures. i swear by it and eat it every morning. I especially recommend greek style fat free yogurt, lots of protein and cultures to keep your digestive track healthy and support your immune systems (those good bacteria in your digestive tract are a cornerstone to a healthy immune system) -kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, celery are great. In fact i typically have yogurt with kiwis and strawberries for breakfast and it works great. -who grains with alot of fiber - i don't use this as much since i am trying to keep my diet verly low carb, but it is another great option.
I am not sure exactly why keeping a healthy digestive system helps, but I have found it to be essential. Using these tips keeps you regular as a swiss watch even if you eat a low cal/small meals diet. Good luck with your weight loss!
