getting sick

I am in week 4 and just getting over the flu. Do I redo week 4 as I only got in 2 days or continue on to week 5?

Answer: Yes, the program is set up in weeks but you should only really progress to the next week if you can complete the exercises for the week you are on. In this way you can progress at your own pace and level.
