Eating Every Few Hours

Seemed to help me in this way - if I never allowed myself to get to the point where I said I was "starving", I didn't crave bad foods and was able to make smarter nutritional choices. The hungrier I got, the more I craved junk. Small meals every few hours, or at least a healthy snack in between meals is the way to go.
