How is this different from turbulance training? I have been thinking of buying TT and just found Warp Speed tonight.

Answer: The major difference is between the two is the rate of fat loss, Turbulence training is great for just getting back into training and its key benefit is the 'turbulence' it offers to a long term workout, every four weeks you end up shaking up your workout and getting your body to adapt to something new. Its the kind of plan you can setup and go for many months and get consistent fat loss results month after month. Its compact and effective so its also the kind of thing a busy person can stick to.

Warp speed fat loss is different in the fact that the program only lasts four weeks. Its intense and completely focussed on losing as much weight as possible as fast as possible. To do this you will need a lot of dedication and dicipline, but this is achievable as its only over a relatively short period. Its not something you would want to stay on forever, at most 8 weeks and then head back to something less intense.

If you are just getting back into exercise i would start with something like turbulence training, you need a base level of fitness to do WSFL. Once you have got the hang of it and your body is used to exercising you can give WSFL a burst for four weeks to get rid of a lot of fat quickly

I'm doing TT right now. In 3 weeks my waste is shrinking. It's a great program if you follow it as instructed.
