Cost of supplements

Question:I have no problem buying fresh produce, lean meats, etc. But I'd like to know (before I spend the $77 to find out) how much I'll be expected to spend on supplements? I also prefer to eat clean and stay away from too many artificial ingredients. Other than protein powder, what will supplements will I be expected to purchase?

Thanks!

Answer: The supplements are split into two sections: strongly recommended and other recommended supplements.

They do make a point saying that everyone who did the diet when it was in a test phase didn't use supplements but they are often asked for them so they gave a list.

The strongly recommended ones are the ones you would expect, protein powders, recovery drinks, healthy fat and vitamins.

The other recommended supplements are a couple of fat burner stimulants.

If you are eating clean then you probably do not need to use these.
