I'VE STARTED INCORPORATING CLA INTO MY DIET ALONG WITH HIIT TRAINING. I WOULD HAVE OATMEAL AND A PIECE OF FRUIT ALONG WITH CLA A 1/2 HR TO A HOUR PRIOR TO EXERCISE.(AND TAKE THE REMAINDER RECOMMENDED AMOUNT THROUGHOUT THE DAY) IT'S HELPED OUT A LOT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY BECAUSE I'VE TRIED IT W/OUT CLA AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE FAT COMES OFF A LITTLE QUICKER WITH THE ADDITION OF CLA. SO GIVE IT A GO (CHECK WITH YOUR DOC FIRST) AND OF COURSE WATCH WHAT YOU'RE EATING, KEEP YOUR CALORIC INTAKE NO MORE THAN YOUR BMR(OR BODYWEIGHT X 10-12 I.E. 175*11=1925)AND YOU'LL BE THERE IN NO TIME AT ALL!!!
