Can I combine Warp Speed Fat Loss with Running

Question: I have been running 5 days per week for a little while now. I do about 3 miles an evening.

I'm very interested in trying the warp speed fat loss workout because i need to lose about another 15lbs. I don't really want to stop running, is there a way to combine the workouts?

Answer: It's really not the best idea to be combining other exercise with Warp speed fat loss.

Warps speed fat loss is intense, in fact its success depends on the intensity you can put into the exercises is what determines success or not. If you are doing other exercise it can energy away from this, and therefore intensity.

Secondly is a question of time, with Warp speed fat loss you are busy for 6 days a week and you really shouldn't have time or energy left over.

This is a 28 day commitment to get extraordinary results. Put the running away for four weeks and commit to concetrating on one program. In fact, this program pushes of a lot of anaerobic exercises, you will probably see a phenomenal improvement in your running after four weeks.
