Breaks in the program

My job occasionally involves unpredictable timings, so I miss my workout. So if there's a break between week 1 and 2 for example because of travel etc., does one just continue where one left off or start all over again? Thanks.

Although the workout is based in weeks, you should look at it more like levels of a game. If you have done one week but you crawled through your last sets of intervals, don't move onto week 2, it will be too tough, just do week 1 again.

So if you had a break, just do the same week again and see how you go. Its all based on you are feeling and your fitness levels

Great, that's been my approach, good to have it confirmed. I've been working out since February (alternating with light weight training) and despite the breaks in my routine, I'm definitely feeling - and looking! - fitter.
