A break in the workout

I finished friday's workout of week 3,did my resistance exercise on saturday and I had a rest on sunday because I am working on a 3-session intervals a week.But monday it was raining so can I move week 4 to tuesday,thursday and saturday and fill days between with resistance training or should I start week 3 again because I lost 3 days in a row?

Answers: The crucial parts of this workout are not that you do everything in perfect timing but rather that you progress according to your fitness level and how well you are coping.

If you miss three days in a row, that's fine. If you want to progress onto the next weeks workout, that's also fine as long as you feel strong enough to do this. If you struggled a lot with the workout, then stick to week 3 again.
