Turbulence Training Pros:
Effective Fat Loss:
Ok, unlike a lot of the guides you will find on the net, this routine actually works. I lost about a pound a week while I was on it and I was already in pretty good shape. Also when you have guys like Alwyn Cosgrove calling it the ‘the single most effective fat loss training system in the world’ we should all pay attention. My estimates are that if you are in reasonable shape and get onto a good nutritional plan you should lose about 2 – 3 pounds a week, if you are overweight you could probably expect to lose a little more.
Beginner’s routine
Unlike a lot of programs out there, Craig includes a workout for people who been sedentary up to now called the introductory workout. It’s good for one major reason, most of the exercise work on your core stability or your global mobilizers, and for a sedentary person it’s vital that these gain some strength before you really start pushing yourself because you really want to avoid injuring yourself. Its also a little shorter in duration, don’t fool yourself though, it’s still tough.
Time conscious
Most of the workouts on the web promote a 6 days a week workout alternating between interval sprints and weight training intervals. Craig puts these two together. All together expect to spend about 3 hours a week working out, more if you take your time, you do need to focus on getting through the exercises. Personally I found it it psychologically easier knowing that I only had three workouts instead of a full six days of exercising. Also when you are just starting out that extra day of rest is great.
Turbulence Training Cons
When I purchased Turbulence Training I found it very thin on the nutritional advice. Now nutrition is important, you can train as hard as you want but without nutrition your fat is going nowhere. I have seen that one of the bonuses offered now is a nutrition guide written by Chris Mohr, now Chris is one of the heavyweights in the world of fat loss and nutrition so I am assuming TT has that element now covered. I haven’t read the nutrition guide so I can’t really comment on it. On another note, this isn’t really a con but if you are already super fit and just trying to lose that last kg or two then there are guides out there more suited to a person in your position.
The key to really achieving the fat loss is directly related to the intensity you can put into the program.
We found there was a common problem with most people as soon as they got three or so intervals in. People would get distracted with their timer wondering how much time they had left to rest, intervals were often missed and the intensity went out the window.
We've solved this problem by creating Turbulence Training MP3's.
These MP3's are your surrogate personal trainers for interval training. There are two MP3's, one for the beginner interval routine, the other for the experienced routine.
The music follows the routine so you know exactly what you need to be doing throughout the workout.
These MP3's will go on sale soon however were offering them free to people buying Turbulence Training through us. To qualify you need to go directly to Turbulence Training by following link below.
If you purchase without browsing elsewhere we will be notified and send you download instructions within 24 hours.
Conclusion:
You are not going to go wrong using this workout. Its effective, time efficient and great for all levels of fitness. I've used this one so its a program i can personally vouch for.
