A few years ago the Lose Belly Fat Workout was created when members of this site requested a simple but effective fat loss workout.

It originally was a one page article that started on this very page but because of its popularity and its success it grew into a fully functional program lasting 8 weeks.

So far the Lose Belly Fat Workout has been used by thousands of people who have managed to go from couch potatoes to lean interval training machines.

Thanks to feedback from people like you the workout is still growing, adapting and getting more effective.

What makes it unique is its approach to losing fat.

On the one side it provides a diet method that's scientifically proven to be effective AND you can stick to as well as an exercise plan that focuses specifically on fat loss.

On the other it provides a set of tools, tricks and cheats that make the exercise more enjoyable and the diet more automatic and delicious.

The program is delivered through an email course and a website

To be frank, this program is not for everyone

If you still believe in something like a pill that can provide you with magical fat loss, then I can’t help and this program is not for you.

I also certainly don't want people to sign up to 'read' the information and never act on it.
