8 lbs more than the 30 allowed, will it still work for me?

by Melva

What if I have 38 lbs to lose and I can run or jog for 30 minutes without stopping. Is this program still for me?

will it still work

It will certainly work, but you have options

the reason the authors give their recommendations is that you can probably get great results from other less strenuous programs first, then when you need to lose your last 20 - 30lbs, and your body is protecting its fat stores, this program will wipe off those last pounds very quickly
