60 days to 25lb weight loss

by Miranda
(Houston)

Im 35 and i weight 143, my height is 5'1. My goal is to lose 25lbs as soon as possible. I workout alot but i never see the results i'm looking for. Id really like to start on the tabata program but i dont know what kind of exercises to do with the intervals. Would mountain climbers be good? Or is there another exercise that would work better with my goal?

Tabata advice

Mountain Climbers are good. Pretty much any body weight exercise in which you are moving is great. Look to Burpees, Push ups, body squats, situps, jump rope (Double unders), pull ups. all are solid. Also don't think you just need to do one exercise for however long, add a few of these together to do a circuit. Good luck!
